Apartment Buildings at Jasanu II

Apartment Buildings at Jasanu II in Velké Meziříčí are a large-scale residential project being developed by BUILDINGcentrum – HSV, s.r.o. Construction began in 2025 and will continue in stages until 2029. Once completed, the project will provide homes for up to 200 households. Lighting is an important part of quality living in such a long-term and extensive project.

The apartments are equipped with Kama Lights luminaires featuring Dual White technology. They are supplied by Kamat Imao s.r.o. from Velké Meziříčí. Dual White technology allows the colour temperature of white light to be adjusted continuously. Cooler light during the day supports concentration and activity, while warmer light in the evening promotes calm and relaxation.

Ceiling luminaires provide the basic lighting for the spaces. Spotlights complement the interiors with targeted light and make it possible to highlight selected areas of the rooms. LED strips add subtle indirect lighting that gives the space depth and a cosy atmosphere. The entire lighting system is controlled by the Loxone platform. It enables convenient control of lighting scenes as well as smooth adjustment of the white light temperature according to the time of day and the residents’ needs. The result is a comprehensive lighting concept that combines comfort, functionality and modern aesthetics.

The entire lighting system is controlled by Loxone, which enables convenient control of lighting scenes.

Ceiling luminaires by Kama Lights provide the basic lighting for the spaces. The main focal points of the interior are Saturn pendant luminaires above the dining table and in the living area. They serve as distinctive design elements and visually connect the two zones. The sloping ceilings, typical of log buildings, presented a particular challenge. We prepared and installed custom-made D170 luminaires for them. They fit naturally into the architecture while meeting the functional lighting requirements of these spaces.
